I was in there today to get a pricing on a package. Theres was a group of 5. The one helped me while the others played on their phone. Fine, whatever. It was until I went to the car to grab my wallet the one was telling the man helping me "if its a gift its cheaper" I asked him what he meant by that because clearly im rhe only customer there and was wondering if he was referring to my package because if so why wasn't this mentioned to me. (I never use UPS, I usually go the the post office but this was a Canada package) he then looked at me and said "Nothing i wasn't talking to you" in a rude tone. I asked him if he was referring to my package and he said "you should just mind your own business because I wasn't talking to you." Mind you everyone employee wise was staring at me and him, and im like im glad yall are witnesses and there's ovbs cameras and I said "youre clearly aware there cameras and thats how you treat a customer" he then said "well duh. I work here you dont think i notice them" for context and camera purposes this happened around 2:15p 3/25 I asked for his name which he refused and everyone else at first didnt say anything. I mentioned im a retail manager and the one girl said "his name is will" while the other that was originally helping me just smiled and laughed. I honestly cant believe these young kids these days and their work ethic. I will also be talking to Corp.

Alexis handled my return with ease and speed! She was professional, efficient, and made sure that. I would definitely recommend this UPS store as well as her and her other coworker Apicha for their expertise and deficiency

I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for years, and this is the first time I’ve been genuinely disappointed with the customer service. The employee working the counter appeared either extremely ill or otherwise unwell—she could barely keep her head up. If she was sick, she should not have been assigned to customer-facing duties. You may want to review the surveillance footage from December 12th between 2:50 p.m. and 3:10 p.m. When she attempted to assist me, she seemed unsure of how to perform basic tasks, which suggests she may need additional training.

This is the only UPS store I use for shipping, and there is one other close to me. The service at this store is always efficient, and the personnel explain shipping options well. The personnel are always pleasant to work with.

I give this UPS location a 5 star! Lupe was so friendly and kind! She has great customer service skills and provided a nice experience. I would for sure go back to this location in hopes to see a friendly face! Thank you Lupe!! 😊
