Arrived at this location right at 3:58 ( they close at 4 on Sunday) to drop off a package to be returned. The 3 workers refused to help me and just said we are closed and can’t help you. I asked nicely if they could please just accept a return real quick but they refused.

I have been to this location a few times because it is close to my house. I have used their notary service a few times in the past.  But, now I am shipping packages for my job regularly.  The owner, manager and staff all greet me with smiles and are very welcoming. They handle my packages with care and understand the importance of meeting a customer's needs. This UPS Store has Handicap and wheelchair access right in front This store offers packing, shipping, printing, shredding, notarizing, faxing, and mailbox services that meet your needs all in one place. The location is right off Camp Bowie Blvd in west Fort Worth near 30w freeway. The nearest major cross street is Bryant Irvin Rd.  This UPS store is located in the Tom Thumb parking and is walking distance from McDonald's, Goody Goody Liquor, and the El Fenix Mexican restaurant.  Keep up the good work.

11:57am on 05/12/2026 I called to ask if they had a box available for my item speaking with a female. I clearly provided the dimensions from top to bottom, left to right, and the thickness and asked the lady on the phone to write them down prior to giving her the measurements. After I finished, she told me they didn’t have a box in stock and that I would need to buy two boxes and combine them. When I asked her to read the measurements back to me, she suddenly said she didn’t understand the dimensions I had given, even though she had just acted like she understood everything well enough to tell me they didn’t have a box. The conversation was confusing, unprofessional, and left me without any real help.

They charge a $2.95 computer rental fee plus print fee's to print one piece of paper. This is price gouging at its finest. You can also tell they have some fake 5 star reviews to help negate all the 1 star reviews. The manager got sassy when I called them out on the price gouging too Got corporate involved to see if this is the reputation they want for their franchises

Excellent service! Been their customer for over a Decade. Everyone is happy, helpful and most are long term employees. Always greeted by name.
