The staff member was very thorough in explaining things to me about their services and different options. Very respectful and courteous. They make it a point to remember the regulars that come in and be on a first name basis with them. Im able to call and ask if I have any mail in my box instead of having to drive down there. The place is clean and tidy. There's access to the mail boxes 24/7 if you have your code to get into the building. They work fast but are respectful of your time and dont rush you out the door.

Every visit I’ve made to the S Hulen St UPS location has been excellent. Very efficient, helpful and friendly staff who provide many services, often going above and beyond customer service!! I appreciate their team work and taking note when the waiting line is lengthening, and another person opens register to get customers taken care of quickly and on their way.

Service could be better. I’m not sure if every store has its own policy but I’ve been to some UPS stores where they don’t make you buy tape. They’ll just tape it for you and it’s not a big deal. And I’ve also never been charged to print labels. I’ve had labels printed before and not been charged, so that’s a first for me.

Please update the information regarding the affidavit service hours. Online, it states that they complete affidavits 30 minutes before closing. However, when I visited yesterday, I arrived 30 minutes before closing, and the young man on duty, wearing a serious expression, told me, “We stop at 6.” I mentioned that the website indicated they stop 30 minutes before closing, but he simply replied, “Nope, we stop at 6.” I found this interaction quite rude; he did not smile or warmly greet me when I entered. In fact, none of the employees there offered a welcome or any courtesy. It would be very helpful if this information was updated online to prevent customers from making unnecessary trips.

So I went in for a passport photograph the UPS store person made me wait ten mins saying they had to charge the camera only to realize that the camera works on AA battery and not charging, And when the person took photos almost like 3-4 times and printed it out like 5 times but since he has no clue about operating a camera he took the most blurry image of all time and said that’s what it is when I know that kinda passport photo cannot be so blurry , I showed it to his Colleague in the same store next to him and that person is enjoying my pain by laughing and saying in sarcastic way that it’s fine . This is absolute madness , How can they be so unprofessional , untrained and mainly so rude ? This is unbelievable . I will write about this one very forum every review every feedback with all the details mentioned , This is highly unprofessional
