I just want to take a moment to recognize how great this UPS Store location is, especially Miss Lisa. Every time I call or stop by, she’s always helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She takes the time to answer my questions and make sure any concerns I have about my mail are handled clearly and efficiently. The entire team is friendly and welcoming, and the service is always smooth and reasonably priced. I consistently have a great experience whenever I visit. Miss Lisa really stands out for doing her job well and making the process easy every time. I truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend this location!

No flat rate options at this location and sales representative couldn't tell me exactly what my options were. Although on the site it stated they did have those options. Package was to be mailed in the states and for someone who wants to know my options before shipping I didn't receive this here. The rep didn't provide receipt at first and didn't let me know all charges before asking for payment he only informed me shipping cost not box cost as I would have changed boxes if I knew all pricing information since I didn't need to ship many items. I did let him know based on the price I can leave items out. I would say go to USPS for flat rate options since they do not have this with ups.
