Earlier this month, I went to this location to get documents printed, notarized, and certified mailed for what was clearly an important matter. Josh, Elliot, and Julian were superb in their assistance and overall customer service, with consideration for printing specifications and accommodation for my sister with disabilities for the notary. I appreciated everything. Thank you!

If I could give negative stars I would. The UPS company as a whole is awful and should be audited but this location specifically I’ve had issues with 2 years in a row and each time I’m told that someone didn’t do their job and “oh well”. Last year I ordered close to $400 of clothes and somehow they just never made it to me. The delivery photo could have been anyone of the 600 apartments in my complex. 2 weeks ago I walked in with 2 identical boxes, paid for labels at the store, watched the associate label them and took my receipts and left. On delivery day one box shows up and look to track the other one and it says that UPS has a label but they are waiting for the package. The package that I physically handed to them. I spoke with customer service and the store manager Alex who gave me incorrect information the first day and had to redo the process the next day because of that. When I spoke with the manager I was surprised at how he put down the UPS company as a whole, he said customer service doesn’t usually know what they’re doing and went on to explain the issues was because he knows people don’t do their job. So as Alex explained to me I brought my package in, paid for a label, the associate didn’t scan it, the pickup driver didn’t scan it, the warehouse didn’t scan it but it’s not at their location so they’ll file a claim. So just to be clear the manager told me no one does their job and I’ll get $100 in a few days after the investigation that he also told me they don’t do. He said they said they’re doing an investigation but they usually don’t actually do it they just wait the time out and send the check. So if you’re thinking about shipping, pay the extra for a different shipping service. This location and the company has no issues with losing or misplacing or not doing their job and they’ll make you feel bad about it because they lost your stuff. Truly terrible place.

Hello I went in there today to get 2 doc notarized and a big white guy was very mean to one of the customers. Throwing a box at him and telling him to look through it himself, he claimed he was sick and he was throwing a “tantrum” just huffing and puffing everywhere, He also went to the back a screamed and I guess he thought no one could hear him but everyone definitely could.He was so rude and it was honestly disgusting but on the other hand the man who notarized our documents was very nice I think his name was Josh very nice and understanding to the customers.

I went in to do an Amazon return, the lady at the front with the braids in her hair wearing glasses, was very rude. I don't return many packages so I'm not familiar with the process. When I asked her a question she acted like she didn't want to help me at all. Left me guessing at what I was supposed to be doing rather than helping. She also charged me for printing a label and packaging, even though I had i the original packaging! Definitely not customer service! No one in the store was friendly, smiled, or greeted me. I was the only customer in the store!

I have had nothing but the worst experience going into this store on more than one occasion. Just before Halloween I went in the store and I tried to mail packages to an army base which apparently the staff was either not trained on how to do or their computer systems do not do. I have mailed out to the Army many of times through different mailing services and had absolutely no issues. Today I went to mail a personal package to my daughter in Colorado where there were multiple items including undergarments. I understand everything must be weighed to decide prices but they left it on the scale after I paid the due and then continue to help five more customers while leaving said items on scale. I paid $45 and when I asked if I could watch them box them because they still had not they carried him to a back room. I again said may I please watch them box my belongings because there was also small pieces to a child's toy that's when they told me that is where they box things. Again I have mailed things out many of times and never had this many problems asking somebody to box something that I'm paying to be mailed out in front of me. I was told that it is because there was customers in the store however I did wait off to the side until there were no customers to ask for this to be done. I don't normally leave negative posts because I was in Customer Service for years and know that sometimes we all have bad days but this is two times in a row with utter disregard to helping the customer. I can guarantee this much it will be the very last time that I go to the store I don't care how close it is to my house.
