I had an excellent experience using the notarizing services at UPS. The process was quick, smooth, and very well organized from start to finish. The staff member who assisted me was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure all of my documents were handled correctly. I especially appreciated how welcoming and patient they were, answering my questions and making what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and straightforward. Everything was completed efficiently, and I left feeling confident that my documents were properly notarized. I highly recommend UPS for anyone needing notary services. Their professionalism and customer care truly stand out!

The staff are always nice. This time i was having trouble getting up the curb and after about 3 seconds a young man came out of the store and asked if i needed help. He patiently waitedfor me to pull up the app then found the qr code needed. He took the package in for me and completed the return then came and gave me the receipt. I found out his name was Dennis. Due to his work ethic i did not have to walk extra steps on my sore foot for which i am so very appreciative. Thank you for the great service Dennis.

Just wanted to add to the already overwhelmingly great reviews. This store always goes above and beyond to take care of my needs. Anytime I ever need to ship anything, I always prefer coming here and even though it's slightly more expensive than EZ-Mail, it's the quality of service at this location that keeps me coming back. They take care of the packing, wrapping, protection to ensure my package reaches its destination in pristine condition. Dan and the whole team are excellent at what they do, and is why I continue to prefer The UPS Store over any other shipping center. Choose The UPS Store for all your shipping needs. It's a little bit more, but the level of service you receive here is well worth it!

I have never had a negative experience here up until the last few times I’ve visited and interacted with one specific employee that wears glasses and has long dark hair. The last time I visited to return an Amazon item, he asked me some awkward questions about what I was returning. I just brushed it off. Today, unfortunately I had to go to his desk again (the one closest to the doors) to make a return. In the past, I have been able to drop off USPS packages here along with whatever else I’m dropping off. I asked if he could take my USPS package, and he was extremely rude when he flat out told me no. I asked since when, and he replied “since I started working here.” Really? He then acted like I was crazy for assuming they would take my USPS package and interrogated me about when exactly I came in the past and what the name was of the person who accepted the packages from me. How would I remember that?? If their policy has truly changed regarding accepting USPS packages, that’s fine. But I don’t understand why this guy had to be a total jerk about it. I wish I had gotten his name so I could let the manager know, but oh well. I will avoid going to this location in the future just to avoid having to interact with this person again, despite it being the most convenient UPS for me.

I dropped off two packages yesterday to return to Amazon. The girl that assisted me only scanned one code when I showed her both. I was only refunded for one item. I had to call Amazon about the other item and they said I have to wait 2 weeks for them to manually scan the item to get my refund. The agent even mention they have that issue with UPS, off not scanning all codes. Make sure you verify that all codes are scanned because they don't take the time to verify.
