UPS Access Point location

Came in to drop off a package, since they have a UPS access point. The two ladies that were there were inattentive. I told them I needed to drop off a package, to which one replied, it will be a few minutes. Went back to talking. Mind you, the store had just opened within the hour. They were more concerned about eating their breakfast that had just gotten delivered to them. When I asked what needed to wait for one of the ladies said she couldn’t take my package because the system was down, and went right back to her breakfast.

Drive thru was crazy crowded. Went in. Order was taking by Steven whom was trying to work two order on two cash registers. Two different people. ( I later learn register was working slow) I was moved to the slow one. I finally got my order after the person after me . It was wrong. I waited longer. No napkins. Or gravy. I saw you had lots of employees. But no leaders. I was delay by the parking lot. Drive thru was still crowded. And cars blocked me from leaving. Food was good. But not worth the visit. Which is happening to much lately. Poor service.

I go to UPS every other week I feel like it's still Christmas, the line be soooo long every time. Be prepared to wait ✋️. PATIENCE IS THE VIRTUE PROVERBS 14:29.

Loved it. Much easier than going to the Post Office on a Saturday. Helpful, knowledgeable staff.

I gave it a 3 because of the construction around it which makes it hard to get to. Your staff is excellent and the location is ideal
