I went to the story 4/28 for assistance when it came to a third-party Amazon return. Every single member of this UPS store was there to assist me and help. They were extremely patient with me while I tried to figure out what to do next as I was not getting any answer from the third-party seller. They reassured me I was not bothering them and that they are here to assist me. Having to deal with the third party seller was extremely stressful, having the members of this store present made this experience doable. I am grateful for their assistance. Sine I had to stay at the store for about an hour, every other customer that came kept saying the same thing «  this is the best UPS Store .

I arrived at 5:08 PM to complete my Live Scan appointment. When I arrived, I was told that they close at 5:30 PM and that the computer was “not working.” Unfortunately, I felt like they were more interested in sending me away rather than trying to help or find a solution, even though I arrived before closing time. The experience felt disappointing and unprofessional.

Printed the label, took package in, had it scanned, handed a receipt. Parking lot is active so beware.

The UPS at 17th a d Franklin - my home away from home! I've been a customer here for going on 5 years and have never had a problem. The employees are courteous, the services are there just as described. A great way to have a permanent address for those transitioning periods of life - great way to keep your mail separated by address! And as an added bonus - you can't beat the location - right in the heart of Oakland, California!

Went in for a simple Amazon return. After several minutes of being ignored in an empty store, the red-haired female employee greeted me with a gracious “what do you need here” packaged with an eye roll. She goes on to get snippy with me about my phone screen brightness while trying to scan my QR code. Multiple more eye rolls and huffs through this arduous 60 second process. I told her she was rude as I walked out, which sent her off the deep end. I should’ve filmed it. Overall an above average experience at this sad excuse for a store.
