Time and time again they are above and beyond for a print shop. We had a worker accidentally throw away our restaurant menus and they printed them immediately and even went above and beyond to hand deliver them, which was so appreciated because we were mid-service with no menus. Absolutely the most trust worthy and quality print shop that's family run we've ever been to and they consistently bail us out and help us and do quality work. Use this print shop.

I’m a resident of Oakland and a frequent customer of the UPS Store at 351 Oak Street. I wanted to take a moment to share how truly wonderful the couple who manages this location is. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring people. Walking into that store feels like coming home. They consistently go above and beyond - whether it’s offering a pen and a seat when I needed to fill out a form, or always having a big box of treats ready for my dogs when I bring them in. My dogs adore them, and so do I. Each visit reminds me how special they are. I’ve gotten to know them a little more over time, and I leave every time feeling grateful. I choose to mail things through this location specifically because of them - there’s truly nowhere else I’d rather go. UPS is doing something very right by having them lead this store. They represent your brand beautifully

Says open sunday till 4pm - here at3:27 on Sunday - closed Absurd response: NOT ALL UPS locations are closed on that day. No signs anywhere on store when arrived - mother’s day is not a public holiday either, not to even mention the attitude of response.

Best UPS service I have experienced globally. The family run store is absolutely the epitome of excellent service always willing to help and truly try to find the best solution for customers. It is so rare to see such kind people
