Lost my returning package from amazon, I went in and waited in line, when it was my turn I went to go return my package from amazon they scan the QR code, and said their system is down. So they said they can take the package and they'll take the a picture of the QR code on their phone. 3 days later no update on amazon about the return. Tried contacting this location about it, they said they'll track down the person who was working on that date and time but never called back. So I tried with comporate they couldn't help either. I do not recommend this UPS branch, poor staff management. They could of just said wait till it process through or take your package to a differernt store.

This is a location that I would definitely recommend to other people. I think it’s because it’s a small location and it is in a moneyed area. I imagine that the owner wants to keep their customers and treat them well. This is a start contrast to the treatment that I received and some other locations, especially the San Pablo town center.

This UPS store is back to its top-notch service again. I don't see that Evelyn anymore and I see a new lady called Alexa. She is the sweetest person. Every time I go in there she greets me like she knew me from somewhere. The service again back to top notch like before. I always loved this UPS store and the only time it was a nightmare was when I wrote my previous review when Evelyn was there. Just got my passport photos done and will be coming back for international mailing services. It was a pleasure getting this job done.

I use this store all the time. Filling out my third review for the sweepstakes. Always dependable and friendly. They provide the services I need to get the job done. Always the place I go to handle my packages after work. Super close and friendly.

Visiting this UPS location is always such a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly, efficient, and speedy. I have printed, notarised, and shipped so many things here, and there has never been a single issue. 11/10 would recommend giving them your business.
