They're open 7 days a week now! The entire staff, to a person, is helpful (which unfortunately often isn't the norm). The interior is clean and bright, and they offer a lot of services that you may not even expect, including notarizing!

Before you print here, consider the cost! They charge a fee to use the computer to print. Consider that you will feel as though someone reached into your wallet and grabbed five bucks and said let me hold a couple dollars with no intention to pay you back. The cost that you feel as though you’ve been grifted is too high a price to pay for last-minute printing.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The staff member a lady who assisted me was unprofessional and dismissive, and I was treated with a lack of basic respect. Customer service should never make a customer feel belittled or uncomfortable. I expected professionalism and courtesy, and this experience fell far below that standard Sorry UPS

Don't use this UPS access location. Ive had multiple packages not accepted by this location, only to have them bounced around in the ups system and arrive extremely late. Use a different access point. If they have too many packages, they will not accept yours. This happened frequently with me. I had a 2 day shipment arrive 10 days later and diverted to another location. very frustrating

Great place to drop off returns, always quick and efficient. The recent renovation brightens then space. They used to take packing peanuts for reuse, not sure they still do.
