I had an outstanding experience with Marie at UPS. I live in Michigan and had won a lot at an auction located in Denver, which made coordinating pickup and shipping from across the country a challenge. Marie went above and beyond by going to the auction location, picking up my lot, carefully packing everything, and shipping it out to me in Michigan. I couldn't be happier with the service. I definitely know who to turn to the next time I win a lot in the Denver!

Charged $25 for advertised Passport photos. Photo printed was scratched up. No method for scanning for electronic passports. Photo was rejected by Passport office. Manager did not bother to understand the situation, would rather just act rude. No refunds “we can’t go that far back in the system” (5 days). Avoid this place at all costs

This location significantly over charged for our shipping and added on features that were never requested. After doing my own research on the UPS site, it appears I paid double what I should have for the two packages I shipped. When they reached their destination, they had signature requirements, for example, that were never requested at ship time. Certainly my fault for not doing my due diligence, but I was tired and just wanted to get the packages sent. Very disappointed in these business tactics. Will never ship from here again.

Great location. Went in to make several large size prints. Results were awesome. Would highly recommend stopping by an letting staff help with printing and shipping needs. Large selection of boxes and other supplies you might need. THEY ARE OPEN WITH 16TH STREET REPAIRS BEING MADE.
