I had a really great experience at The UPS Store in Cherry Creek thanks to Steven. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. He explained my shipping options clearly and made sure everything was handled correctly. You can tell he really cares about helping customers and keeping things running smoothly. Definitely appreciate the great service, I’ll be coming back!

Employee 294154 is always there when I go to Ship items. He has to remember customers names, and I’ve noticed he greets them, but he sees them come through the door. As a result, there are definitely loyal customers who come to this location. He’s incredibly friendly, fast and efficient. He also recommends the best way to package and the most Cost-effective way to ship my items it’s greatly appreciated.

Riley and Aaron were great! They went above and beyond because I needed help because I have anxiety about mailing packages 📦 and worry I won’t tape them correctly, so I brought in a lot of packages not taped, and these two gentlemen did it for me. They gave excellent customer service with a smile. They were efficient and got straight down to business. They let me double-check everything that made me feel certain it was going to all mail smoothly. Thank you, UPS, and thank Riley and Aaron!

I specifically went to this location because of its high ratings and I’m very happy I did! Thank you to Aaron for helping me navigate the shipping of large moving boxes cross country. Great customer service made a stressful task super easy.
