This location, despite the busyness of the surrounding area, you can't beat the quickness and friendly customer service. Plenty of parking but not always upfront. Every staff member without fail is always so cheerful and helpful. They take all my Amazon returns without judgment or question. They offer quick services for passport photos and lamination at fairly reasonable prices. My passport photo was good quality for $30 on the spot. It's my go to for business needs and my frequent Amazon Shopping spree. I've used other UPS locations for mailbox service and they are wonderful with emailing you on packages and renewals. It's great if you want to separate work mail from personal and junk stuff. Besides if the wait is long, grab a cone at McDonalds or run into Home Depot for your honey do list items. Thanks UPS Quebec team for making returns enjoyable!

Customer service at the UPS location was disappointing. The staff was not very helpful, and I was surprised to find that they even charge customers for a small piece of tape when shipping a package. It felt like nickel-and-diming rather than providing good customer service. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not what I expected.

I visited this UPS Store on Smith Road multiple times to notarize a Power of Attorney for Copart (auto auction). Visit #1: I paid $15 to have the document notarized. Copart later rejected it due to a formatting issue (company name placement). Visit #2: I returned with the rejection email. I was clearly told by staff that since the rejection was due to a mistake, they would notarize the corrected form at no charge, which they did. Visit #3 (today): After Copart explained exactly how the form needed to be filled out, I returned again with the rejection email. A front-desk employee named Kevin immediately demanded another $15 and stated they “should have charged me the second time too,” contradicting what I was told the day before. His tone was rude and confrontational. When I asked for a manager, a woman who identified herself as Coco (C-O-C-O) came out and immediately accused me of being rude and told me to leave. There was no attempt to de-escalate, no listening, and no customer service. I was even threatened with the police for simply asking for help with a document I had already paid for. At one point, three employees were yelling at me at the same time. I remained there only to resolve a paperwork issue — not to argue. This was an extremely unprofessional and hostile experience. I understand notary fees, but changing policies mid-conversation, contradicting staff, and threatening customers is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location if you need calm, professional document services.

I have returned Amazon packages here dozens of times over the past few years, and I always have a great experience. This is the kind of place where I wouldn't mind if I had to spend $ to buy a roll of tape for an unexpected "package yourself" return. The people behind the counter are always friendly, helpful, and efficient. And I feel like it has been the same ppl for the past couple of years, at least. Hopefully that speaks to good management!

I visit this location a lot and I can truly say that Kevin is an absolute sweetheart. I will literally wait until their line is open just because I know that the quality of service I will get will be above and beyond. On one of my most recent experiences, kevin had to ring in my Amazon returns individually and was super patient about it. They mentioned to me that one of my returns was setup for a different location but advised if I had time, to quickly switch it to the location I was in so that I didn’t have to make multiple stops. That was truly thoughtful and much appreciated. People in customer service these days generally don’t realize how much a small consideration really does make a difference. Kevin made my day during that instance, and I always appreciate their respectful and friendly demeanor. This continues to be my location of choice when it comes to my shipping needs! Keep in mind though — it does get crazy busy during peak hours. Trust the peak hours on Google Maps!
