I just had a very positive experience at the UPS store on 700 Colorado Boulevard. They helped me with a standard pack and ship service when I brought in a toy for a friend, and even though I didn’t have a package and my body & emotions felt a bit chaotic, the customer service agent was incredibly patient and provided excellent customer service. They found a package for me, a perfect one with a little bit of room for me to throw in a couple extra toys, and in the end gave me something to write a note on to include in the package to my friend. I also met the owner, Chris, nice & professional thus learning that this UPS store is locally owned. Plus, I heard they have a notary service, which is super convenient. There’s a parking lot behind the building, and you can even shred sensitive documents for $1.25 per pound. The two all-star customer agents who helped me today were Sebastian and Maya; they were absolutely wonderful, bringing some levity to the situation while working hard. The have a giant RICOH printer 🖨️ which I hear is one of the best around! Overall, this is the best UPS store I’ve found in Denver, Colorado, and believe me, I’ve been to a few, even the Cherry Creek location, and somehow this one is even better. **Please note: They have a Roland machine for banners and posters, but the coolest part is they make stickers! The printer cuts them out for you, so you don’t have to, and they have fun samples like Bluey, Nintendo, Adventure Time, and Yu-Gi-Oh! If you visit, definitely ask for a sticker—whether you’re a kid or just a kid at heart! UPDATE 3/22/26 10AM MST: Team Member/Sales Associate Mary: friendly, kind, great sense of humor, efficient, knows her stuff Made today a great experience. 10/10 Stars for MARY!

The store associate that helped us at this specific location was amazing, I think her name was Mary. She was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful and told us everything we needed to know so that we could have a good experience.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. It is the absolute worst. Called and asked if there would be a notary available and was told yes. Waited 45 min. and the notary never arrived. Gave up and left. Very disrespectful and disorganized.

I went in to overnight a laptop and tablet ($200) and they sent out the package without the label and it got lost and took them 1.5 months to return. They still have not refunded me and every time I go in they don’t have a single update to give me and they just keep writing down little notes on pieces of paper and I watch them be put on a desk where the manager is clearly not reading them because nothing has happened. Aside from losing an entire laptop and tablet and $200, they’ve done nothing to try to fix this 1.5 months later.
