I had an incredible experience with Amy at The UPS Store. She truly went above and beyond in a way that made a real difference. I was shipping a ring for my best friend’s engagement, and timing was critical. After I had already left the store, Amy took it upon herself to double-check the delivery location I provided. She realized it wasn’t actually a UPS Store, but a CVS that wouldn’t be able to sign for the package. Instead of letting it go, she called the location to confirm and caught the issue before it became a major problem. Because of her attention to detail and initiative, the ring was able to be redirected and delivered on time—she quite literally saved the entire engagement. That level of care and ownership is rare. Amy didn’t just do her job—she went far beyond it, and it made all the difference. THANKS GIRL!

Dani was absolutely awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Didn't end up shipping anything because price was out of budget but, she was amazing!

Every time I go into this store, I get great service. This morning I met the owners Amy and Rachel. I rolled in like a hot mess with a 8*10 jute rug folded and needing to be returned. For a modest price they printed the label and will re-roll and pack the rig appropriately for shipping. They were extremely kind and patient . Thank you !!

This is by far the best UPS in Denver. The staff is always so friendly and willing to help you out to the best of their abilities. Every time I come in it’s a quick and great experience!

This is my absolute favorite UPS. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. Rachel truly cares, and always helps me figure out what I need and how to do it best. I use them for my shipping and printing needs. At this point I will not go anywhere else. Highly recommend!
