This needs to be addressed. We recently moved our trading card auction business to Englewood and now use this UPS location frequently. We ship a high volume of extremely valuable packages, often totaling tens of thousands of dollars in a single day. Because of that, proper handling and basic customer service are critical. Every employee at this location has been friendly, helpful, and professional except for one individual. He is a younger employee with curly hair, and unfortunately his attitude is consistently unacceptable. On at least five separate occasions, I have politely asked to hand a package directly to an employee rather than leaving it unattended, due to the high value of the contents. Every other staff member has understood this immediately and taken the package without issue. This employee refuses every single time, telling me to “set it over there,” with a dismissive and rude attitude. When I explain the value and request again, he doubles down instead of providing even basic customer service. This is not a one-off bad interaction. It happens every time I encounter him. We are in this store multiple times a day and spend a significant amount of money shipping through this location. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with the same poor attitude repeatedly, especially when every other employee demonstrates how easy it is to handle this request properly. If this continues, I will absolutely take our business elsewhere. I should not have to avoid a specific employee or wait for someone else just to receive basic service. Ownership should be aware that this is directly impacting customer experience and could cost you consistent, high-volume business.

This last Christmas 2025, I needed my husband to overnight a package…. The package stayed at the station a little too long. There was no movement of the box as I paid $300 for overnight. Finally a day later the box gets traveling…. We get the box and someone went through and picked what they wanted, A OVER NIGHT EMPLOYEE stole enough out of our box so the weight wasn’t messed with. The drivers from this facility seem to be lazy, they deliver to the wrong house and I need to go chase it down. Sad.

To the girl today that had to try to help Mrs. Edward's I just want to say that you were great! I would have told her to go get on her broom and fly away! Its amazing how not nice people can be this time of year! Merry Christmas to The UPS store and kudos to the young lady that tried to help this lady!

this review was originally for J.T., but shall serve as positive recognition for Bailey, Amber, last but certainly not least, manager Brandy as well. the staff here couldn’t be more helpful. they go above and beyond all scope of their obligatory task, and job descriptions. i email, they have it ready three days later when i show up. it’s almost like they know me, and care, bc they do! last time i was in, omw back to the van, i couldn’t help but notice J.T. had taken the arm of an elderly lady who had been fairly difficult at the counter. she was asking to ship an old suitcase with no box, but rather strict detailed instruction, which he had reassured her would be not a problem, and to not worry about a thing he had it handled. he was helping her get safely back to her vehicle. great guy 5 stars to all there. not to mention Brandy. i will bc she runs that place, and she is great! that is all!

store is clean and staff is helpful and nice. also, i had an issue with the delivery of a package and the store manager, amber was great about helping me.
