I got a package that needed to be dropped off. The experience could not have been easier and faster. The person up front was able to answer all of my questions. Most importantly, she was really nice. Appreciate the kindness and good vibes from this place

Highly recommend this location for any Amazon returns, and shipping needs. They recently renovated the store, and remained professional and attentive during that chaotic time. The manager Jake is always so helpful, and his customer service exceeds expectations. The owners are hands on and truly care about their customer base. The whole team is wonderful. 10/10 recommend!

I sent 5 boxes from Colorado to Michigan they got there quicker than I thought during the holiday season. Thanks UPS store. Brian from Michigan

What a miserable experience. I had an iPad I was shipping back through UPS to Apple they provided the packing box but the interior packing box wiggled around and they sent a free label for UPS. I went inside the UPS store and asked if they have had any recycled paper or recycled cardboard that I could use to pack the 3/4 inch wiggle room inside the box. The staff member in no certain terms told me NO! They are not allowed to let me have any recycling or any paper but they can sell me packing stuff only. God for bid we recycle. They way he spoke to me was short at best. With employees like that I would be hard-pressed to keep a store open. It’s very upsetting and I hope somebody does something about it. I am going to go to another UPS store hopefully have a better experience . In Response to Travis' (Non customer service response) Understanding that all UPS stores sell packing materials and foam. And ship packages across the country. I was only looking for a small piece of used cardboard which was easily provided by another store with in 20 minutes of your store. This was just poor customer service. Nothing you sell would an fit in the 3/4 inch space in between the outer box and the inner box that was provided by the manufacture. Without making me buy an entire roll of useless packing material. I am sure you are not promoting waste of plastic and materials as a policy. Obviously their was a better way to have handled this mater because someone down the road did it free of charge. You can take this complaint as a learning opportunity or just as a way to talk back to your customers. You have now made this irritating lack of customer service and need to find a different store more a irritating situation. You poked at my expertise. My expertise may stem from my MBA from Daniels college of Business or my Law degree from the University of Denver. Or my 20+ years owning and running a successful law firm in town. But it really comes from how I would want my clients or patrons to be treated. And how I felt treated today may be trivial to you, but maybe I am the only one sharing the feeling. NEVER SEND A PACKAGE ON THIS LOCATION my package was missing for almost 2 months I didn’t even get a reimbursement and I requested to get it back to my address and they send it to a wrong address THANK GOD THEY CALLED ME SO I COULD RECOVERY MY BOX BUT FOR SURE THE WORSE SERVICE PROVIDED
