just wanted to recognize the team at the UPS Store on 38th. Every time I walk in, they are friendly, helpful, and genuinely seem happy to be there. In a world where customer service can be hit or miss, it’s refreshing to be greeted with a positive attitude and a smile. They always make the process quick and easy, and their great energy makes a lasting impression. Keep up the great work!

This is my go-to location every time. The service is quick, the staff is super friendly and they make it easy to ship out items quickly. Today I was helped out by Sam & Karime who were super pleasant to work with and provided quick and efficient instructions on my Amazon return and even helped me ship out a package - all in under 5 minutes. Will return again. Kudos to great service!!!

I was genuinely needing help in understanding an email for the return process for my New Balance return to this location. I explained I have never done a New Balance return and didn't understand the email labeling process from the company. The staff was rushing me through the process and pointing at their email address to send a label to. They said "if you dont know, I dont know either". There were only a couple customers in the store with me, so I am not sure what the snippy rushing was about.

When customer service is a dying concept, this store goes above and beyond for their customers. Their willingness to help and their overall positive attitudes fill the space. Nobody likes shipping things and waiting in line, but two specific employees, Sam & Bryce, make it somewhat enjoyable! I only go to this store regardless of where I am!!!

I can't say enough about the staff. I had to go in with a family member to get legal documents notarized, and the staff was so friendly, so professional, so well-trained and expedient that they made a difficult experience seem breezy. Even the customers, one of whom agreed to witness for us, were a delight. Pleasantly surprised by the whole experience!
