Staff appears to have changed and its terrible- young woman was trying to get me to send my tax payment to the wrong address because she did not know how to "override the system" to input the correct address. She seemed to think whatever address was auto generating on her end would "just be ok". Guess who wears the tax penalty if my payment does not get to IRS on time though. I pointed that out to her and she suggested that "I sue her". Um ok... good luck with your business who-ever has taken this over and employed this person. You are going to need all the luck in the world with this attitude. Didn't catch the girls name she decided she did not need to provide me with that information when I asked her.

Wonderful customer service. I was helped by a very nice guy; he even brought in my large item when he saw I was struggling at the door to get it in. He was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. I only wish I asked his name so I could call him out for his great service. This UPS store is really good!

I live in the area and have been going to this particular UPS store for over three years. I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experiences in the past and actually enjoyed going into the store because the workers were so friendly! About a month ago, maybe more, it seems that there was a full staff change. Every one clearly doesn’t want to be there - and pretty sure I’ve even seen (maybe the owner) snapping at workers while there’s a line out the door. Customer service has gone downhill, thankfully, I can just choose to go to another UPS.

This used to be my go to store, but with the recent staff change, customer service is not the same. It just feels like they can't be bothered and don't get the sense they're trying to be helpful anymore. I'll probably try to find another UPS store. Such a shame bc it's such a convenient location!

Worst customer service experience ever. I have probably shipped a thousand packages out of this location since they opened several years ago. I recently took a package to be shipped out, the clerk apparently entered the address incorrectly, adding a 0 rather than a space between the address number and street name. I was never given then opportunity to verify the address. Spoke with the owner Mohamed who was unwilling to cover the cost to re-ship the package and referred me to ups customer service. Luckily we have the ability to make choices in life and voice our opinions. I’ll be choosing to use a different UPS store/FedEx or usps for my shipping needs going forward.
