This is a great location rep who helped me both times name is Katie. I have to take time to give her her flowers and everyone else on the team in this of the staff everyone got great energy. This is a great location. They work fast and they even call you back when your patches arrives. I love great customer service that’s why I had to leave this review. Thanks again Katie UPS have a happy holidays.

This store is great! I bought some gifts for my family right before the holidays and the UPS store got my items there in 2 days! The employees are great too, they were very patient and kind.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with UPS. I shipped a bag of merchandise worth approximately $1,600, containing Nike products, which I was hoping to use to start my own business. Unfortunately, the package was lost, and it has now been missing for over 8 months. During this long period, I contacted UPS many times, but no one was able to provide real help or a clear explanation. Despite all my efforts, the issue was never resolved, and my merchandise was never recovered. In the end, the only compensation I received was a refund of the shipping cost, which is completely unacceptable given the value of the lost items and the opportunity I lost. This experience caused serious financial loss, stress, and frustration. Based on my experience, I do not trust this company, and I would strongly advise others not to trust UPS with valuable shipments.

Consistent excellent services and customer service year round at the multiple facilities I use. This UPS on Colorado Blvd in Denver is a busy one and has fantastic staff. Thanks to Isabella, Devan and Katie for great experiences at your store every visit.

I had a package that I needed to ship and the individual sent me a prepaid USPS label- which I've never handled before.USPS refused to print it and recommended I go to a UPS store to get it printed out.I was so irritated that I was prepared to skip printing out the label and pay for UPS to send it just to avoid having to return to USPS. The gentleman at the desk was incredibly kind and helped me navigate how to get the label printed then offered to send it out with their mail which eliminated my need to return to USPS! Fantastic experience!
