This post office is absolutely horrible. I wish we could change our home post office. The supervisors and managers are the only ones who help. I’m giving this post office 1 star and I would give it negative stars if I could solely based on AARON. She came in to pick up a mail hold and they missed a package, so she had to go back and talk to AARON, he also said that it was not there, come to find out he just didn’t do his job and look thoroughly. He Refused service to me and my partner until I left the building because I told her to save her breathe explaining the situation to him. Told me I had an I attitude and he was argumentative. Kept refusing service to my partner even though she asked for a manager as well even though I asked for a manager several times. He doesn’t know what he is doing is rude and based on other reviews…I’m baffled at how this human has a place or job In customer service. HE IS HORRIBLE. Please keep him in the back. Probably a reason this post office has a terrible rating and my guess would be him. He even went on to help another person in front of my partner and I and ignored her

The most unprofessional and rude person I've ever met at a post office works here. And he refused to identify himself, so I'll share his picture. There's a line of 8 people waiting and he's coaching a girl for 15 MINUTES on how to fill out forms, look up a lease on her phone, go online and cancel a payment and make everyone else wait for her to do so when any other post office employee I've ever dealt with would kindly ask the person to step aside and do those things while helping one of the other several people in line. I very kindly told HER I'm running late to a meeting and, "is there any way you could step to the side to go online so I could quickly send my certified mail?" HE immediately attacked me calling me rude for asking the question. I was purposely kind in my tone of voice while asking. Not to mention, everyone else in line was thinking the same thing and all had frustrated body language. He continued to call ME rude to the other customers like he was a middle school student. I see why this post office has such an abysmal rating. This man should be fired. I'll use fedex from now on.

Im tired of being harassed by aaron everytime i come to this location, im not sure why but last time I was accused of messing with minors? He asked me if i like having intercourse with minors, this is unacceptable & taking things up with corporate & possibly court.

This place is just unpleasant. Always understaffed. Regularly have turned me away and told me to come back in an hour when a more experienced staff member will be there. One time, I tried to buy a stamp book and was told they couldn't sell me more than 10 stamps. Today, I heard them tell someone behind me they could only sell 20 stamps at a time. Honestly, just use Fedex or UPS. It's easier and will save you time.

I normally do not respond to negative reviews, but when my integrity is questioned, I will address it directly. First, I do not open customer packages. I have no reason or desire to handle anyone’s property improperly. My role is to process items correctly and place them into our equipment with care. What occurs during transit or at the destination facility is outside of my control. Second, I do not personally transport mail. If delivery times are longer than expected, that is often related to the shipping service selected. Ground service is the most economical option and may take longer than expedited services. I take pride in providing professional, courteous customer service every day. Most customers who come through our location have positive, respectful interactions, and I work hard to ensure that. I also want to address a recent false and defamatory accusation. I have never made inappropriate comments about any guest, nor would I ever. Such claims are completely untrue. Accusations of that nature are serious, and I will not tolerate the spreading of false information about my character. Regarding the individual who posted my photo after I asked him to be respectful: I calmly addressed behavior that was disruptive toward another customer I was assisting. Multiple customers commented afterward about the situation. It is not my responsibility if someone arrives late to a meeting. My responsibility is to provide proper service to the customer in front of me, and that is exactly what I did. If anyone has a concern about service, I encourage direct, factual communication. I stand behind my work ethic, my professionalism, and my record of service.
