First of all, they now charge $3.50 to receive an email so that you can print something (25 cents a page). That fee alone wouldn't have been enough for a negative review, but the terrible attitudes of the employees ensured I'll find another location for my print/ship needs even though they're the closest to my house. Do they think customers don't have ears? It was wild to stand in line and listen to them discuss how amusing it was to tell a customer there was no manager available and say things like "what did he think asking for my name was going to do? Who are you going to give it to?" Well, maybe management doesn't care, but hopefully other people can steer clear.

Your employee, John #360369 is the most competent employee at this location. I’ve had issue with almost every other employee including the manager. They fumble around the settings on the printer and it takes forever. John is always helpful and knows exactly how to operate things at UPS. His customer service is excellent and he always goes above and beyond to help. And: he does it quickly! He always remembers my 78 year old mother and greets her as a friend. I just love the way he treats his customers.

The lady was super nice to me and helpful. She explained all my options and was very polite. Great customer service. Little high price, but worth it.

I have been to this location twice now to ship items. Both times the front desk people were unfriendly (Angel and Andrew, I think, respectively). You walk in and say hello and they just stare at you silently. No courtesy of any kind throughout the transaction. Does UPS only hire unfriendly associates? I can tell you I will not visit your store again. The minimum of courtesy would be a teachable skill to your terrible customer service.

I love this store with all of my heart because the employees are top notch and some of the best I have ever dealt with. My problem. Today is the fact that I went to send back some boots on a free return and was charged $4 to make a shipping label here at UPS. Not all of the stores do this. This one and a few others. It is a bad look on UPS and also your employees. Your employees can print a label and not take away from their work. That's what they get paid for is to deal with shipping. I hope you fix this problem in a prompt manner.
