I just had a really productive time working with ash. From phone to in person. Good work. Had to ship some fishing poles, didn’t work out. Opportunity cost and they realized!!! Honestly awesome customer service from phone to brick and mortar. Shipped the other stuff, needed care and concern. Nailed it but definitely paid for it. Kinda the point though. Thank you very much. Good work and thanks, best ups experience so far. Appreciate, the other front house worker was awesome as well. I’ll definitely work with this particular upsagain.

The young Lady making printing my copies was overwhelmed and the guy working with her had no sense of urgency. I emailed documents to be printed. I called as soon as the store opened 5 times, no one answered. I noticed that the store was not busy when I arrived and the phone was not answered. This is clearly an independent owned store as I never had any issues with any other stores. I am glad I am passing through on business but will make a note to avoid this location. The guy literally just ignores the customers while the young lady is frantically trying to get things done.

I hate to leave a negative review but unfortunately I cannot continue going to this location. UPS #0620 off central ave consistently has long wait lines, and while the staff is normally very friendly (specifically the person with the blue & purple hair is very kind, I do not know their name) today on Sunday they had a very passive aggressive man named James. I felt that due to his poor manners, he was trying to over charge me to ship a 1lb book. If your staff need relief due to on the job stress, please provide that to them so they are not taking it out on customers. There was an amazon delivery driver there at the same time that he was quite rude to as well.

I was waiting in line and this employee was oblivious to the line . He was standing there not doing much but pretending to be busy. I noticed him because he kept running his whole hand up his nose the way kids sometimes do, wiping off the snot . I let others go ahead of me when he finally activated and started helping us. I didn’t want the germs but pretty soon I had to let him help me. He didn’t even look up. Just whipped his snot again with that entire open hand and started closing my box without looking inside . I was getting a bad feeling so I asked his name. James he says . Older guy . Turns out he didn’t check that my label only covered one item. I did not know this as the items from Amazon where bought and returned together . One label . He screwed up and screwed me out of 70 bucks by just being the unhelpful , thoughtless slob that he is . If you have been there lately and end up with a bad cold well , it’s him.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR NOTARY SERVICES. I have tried different days and times to get documentation notarized and continue to be told “we are short staffed and therefore cannot notarize”. Although they have the capability to do so, they refuse because of their internal retention issue. They need to stop offering notary services! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS LOCATION. I recommend the Menaul and Wyoming UPS store. They are consistent, professional, and never turn customers away.
