I like to say recognize the two young ladies working at this store. They have been very pleasant to work with. People need to have patience especially when they are new and the other is training the other one.

Every time I need to return anything I always choose to go to the ups store. The staff are great ! Always trying to be fast and helping. I never had a bad experience at a ups store.

If you are trying to mail something urgent, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES HERE!! They are not only grossly incompetent, they also falsely promise things they are UNABLE to deliver. They told me that they would be able to get my mail to where it needs to be by the next day, even after the mail has been picked up for the day. Now this is causing me a lot of problems and losing part of my pay from my job because of them.

Both of the girls working this afternoon were extremely courteous and helpful. I had to write a tracking number on one of the docs I was sending out but I forgot my glasses. One of the clerks helped me write it down. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she could have said no and that would have been that. This is a good store.
