Jay Ralls a month ago3 time they cant find my address so they just give items to someone else and say delivered .I recommend using FedEx at least they call you and say where you located and you will get your package this last package was 600 dollars and they just gave it to someone else
shortiegalindo a month agoTravis the manager is amazing knowledgeable friendly and went above and beyond to assist me in my package. 1800 number escalated it and Travis solved it in 20 minutes
Rick Swift a month agoLOST MEDICATIONS HERE ! Mail order medications go here for Costco and 8 days later it still says "Your package is delayed and working on a delivery date." Why dont they just say "Sorry, your package is lost. File a claim and re-order it then have it sent FedX."

Richard Joe Peralta Jr. a week agoThis is the worst delivery company they say the cat delivered cuz they don't have the access code there's no access code to the building takes 3 days to arrange pickup cuz it takes 24 hours for supervisor to get notified and then 24 hours for it to be approved
